Who we are

Innblikk, Norway, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@inblikk.io.

What we collect

When you fill in the early-access form we collect: your name, work email, company (optional), what describes you (for example property manager), number of properties, main market or location (optional), anything you write in the free-text field (optional), your consent to be contacted, and the time you submitted the form.

To protect the form against spam, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held in memory only and is not stored with your submission. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and operations.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your details only to contact you about the Innblikk private beta and launch, and to understand which kinds of rental businesses are interested. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, and we will then stop contacting you and delete your details.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below.

No cookies or tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. If we show an embedded video from YouTube or Vimeo, it is only loaded when you choose to play it, and that provider’s own privacy policy then applies.

Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel (website hosting) and Google (Google Sheets, where form submissions are stored). These providers process data on our behalf and may process it in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, withdraw consent, or at the latest 24 months after your last contact with us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) or the data protection authority where you live.

How to have your data deleted

Email hello@inblikk.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your details and confirm within 30 days. The same address works for any other privacy request.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
