We process the capture in the cloud and turn it into a photorealistic 3D tour, with a floor plan and minimap.

Guests open one link and move through the home at their own pace, like Street View for your rental.

Embed the tour right on your direct-booking pages, next to the photos and the Book button.

Add it to inquiry replies, pre-arrival emails and texts. Guests tap and walk in.

Hosting: $5~~Regular price: $10~~per tour, per month; Keeps the tour online as a link, an embed for your own site and a QR code. First month included, cancel anytime.

Example: 10 homes cost $500 to set up. From the second month, hosting is $50 a month.

After December 31, 2026, new customers pay the regular price: $100 per tour and $10 per tour each month.

Which phones can I scan with?: Scanning needs an iPhone Pro or Pro Max (iPhone 12 Pro or newer). The capture app uses the depth sensor that only the Pro models have, so regular iPhone models won’t work. Guests can view tours on any device with a modern browser.
How long does it take?: Scanning a typical home takes about 15 minutes, with the app guiding you as you go. We then build the tour in the cloud and send you the link when it’s ready.
Can I add the tour to my listings?: Some listing platforms don’t allow embedded tours or clickable links in listings. Innblikk works best on the channels you control, like your own booking site and guest messages.
What does it cost?: If you join before December 31, 2026, each tour costs $50 once, plus $5 a month per tour to keep it online, with the first month included. That’s half the regular price, locked in for as long as you stay a customer. After that date the regular price applies to new customers. Requesting early access is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
What if I need to rescan a home?: A new scan of the same home, for example after a renovation, costs the same as a new tour: $50 on the launch offer.
